1. Take the picture you want and open it in Adobe Photoshop.
2. Press 'ctrl' (or 'apple,' if you're on a Macintosh) and U. Check 'Colorize.'
Hue changes the color
Saturation makes it gray or really bright
Lightness makes the whole picture lighter or darker.
4. After you're done changing it, click OK and then go to File- Save for Web. Click OK.
