Paint Brushes
These brushes can be used by opening MS Paint, going to Image and unchecking Draw Opaque, and copying and pasting in the brushes you want.
Credit HIGHLY appreciated, but not required. ;)
To make it even more custom, drag the bottom right corner of the brush when you paste it in to resize it. :)

These brushes are really subtle and transparent on graphics (the border won't show up). Hover your mouse over each shape to see what it is.
