3d Brushes

Ever wonder how people have 3d, non-flat brushes on their layouts?  This is one technique to go about making brushes *pop*. :)

Step 1

Open Photoshop with a blank file and then stamp on a single brush (on a new layer).

Step 2

Double click the layer and click on Bevel and Emboss.  Match my settings, but for the shadow color use the color you used for the brush.  It just softens it so it's not harsh black shading. :)

Step 3

Still in the Layer Style, click on Drop Shadow and match my settings.

Step 4

Go to Stroke and match my settings.

Walah!  You have a 3d brush!
