1. Open a new file in Photoshop, any size. Make a new layer with text and type in whatever you want. The styles and colors don't matter, just make sure it isn't set to Bold.
2. Click on the T button with a curve
under it. 
3. Choose one of the styles and adjust the settings until you like the look of it. Here's my final product with Shell Lower, 30% Bend, 0% Horizontal Distortion, and 12% Vertical Distortion.
