Glitter Fills
1. Open a new file in Adobe Photoshop, size 50px by 50px.
2. Make a new layer, click on the paint bucket, and fill it in with any color you want.

3. Go to Filter- Noise- Add Noise. I added 18%.

4. Duplicate the layer and go to Filter- Noise- Add Noise and add a slightly different amount. Duplicate the new layer and go to Filter- Noise- Add Noise and add another different amount. Don't vary the numbers too much, though.
5. Using a glowy or star brush, change your color to white and click several times on the glitter fill. Try to keep them off the edge or it'll pattern strangely in glitters. Repeat for every layer, but in different spots on the fill.

6. Click on the first layer you made, then click on the eye on the other two layers to hide them. Go to Edit- Define Pattern and click ok.
7. Click on the second layer and make sure the first and third layers are hidden when you define the pattern.
8. Click on the third layer, hide the other two, and go to Edit- Define Pattern.
Now you have a great glitter fill to use as a pattern in glitters! If you are going to display your glitter fills on your site, you should animate the three layers into one image.
Here's how my glitter fill looks in action:
