Glow
1. Take the picture you want and make a new file in psp with the picture.
2. Go to Layers- Duplicate. Now click on the first layer (the one at the bottom) and go to Image- Blur- Gaussian Blur. Change the radius to around 3 and click ok. It will look like nothing happened since the second layer is covering it.
3. Click on the second layer and go to Image- Sharpen- Sharpen. Now in the box next to the layers (see yellow portion in diagram) change the opacity to around 60% and the Blend Mode to overlay.
Done! How's that for snazzy?
