1. Open an image in Adobe Photoshop.

2. Make sure your layers palette is open (if it isn't, go to Window- Show Layers).
Then go to Layer- Duplicate Layer. Click OK.

3. Click on your first layer and go to Filter- Gaussian Blur. Make the Radius between 4 and 10 pixels, depending on how big or small your picture is.

4. Click on the second layer and change the layer style to Overlay. This next part is optional, but to jazz it up further, go to Filter- Sharpen- Sharpen. Only once!
