Irregular Borders
1. Make a new file in psp with the picture you want a border on, and use the Magic Wand tool to select it. (you may have to select the white space around it and go to selections- invert)
2. Make a new layer and click on it (don't double click though). Go to Selections- Modify- Expand- 1 pixel. (I used 4 for my picture)
3. Click on the paint bucket tool and fill it in with whatever color border you want.
4. Making sure it's still selected, go to Selections- Modify- Contract- 1 pixel.
5. Press delete on your keyboard and control d (deselect).
