Make a Cursor
NOTE: Cursors only work in Internet Explorer
1. Open the program Animation Shop (must be version 3 or higher). You can download a trial at this page.
2. Make the size 32 by 32 (if it isn't, it'll be stretched to that size when you finally use it as a cursor) and transparent.

3. Zoom in a LOT because you'll be hand-pixeling. Click on the brush tool and make the Width 1.
Pixel whatever you want- remember that the upper left corner is the part of the mouse that does the clicking, regardless of if you put an arrow in the bottom corner or anything.
4. If you want it animated, press control + a, then go to Edit- Paste- After Current Frame. This duplicates your frame. Now you can edit the second one so it makes an animation. You can duplicate the frame as many times as you want.

5. When you're satisfied with the cursor, go to File- Save As..- and change the file type to .ani and name it.
6. Upload your cursor to either FileLodge.com (account needed) or your main website. So if you were using freewebs or geocities, upload it to your account (it should work if you put the cursor on your site, but it won't work for other people's sites).
Then copy the address of the cursor you uploaded, and fill it in the following code where it says CURSOR URL and paste the completed code on your page.
Done!
