Motion Blur
1. Take the picture you want and make a new file in psp with the picture.
2. Go to Layers- Duplicate. Change the settings of the new layer to Overlay and 60%, then click on the first layer again.
3. Go to Image- Blur- Motion Blur and match my settings.
All done!
