Pixel Text
1. Make a new file in psp, click on the text tool and type in anything you want, in a small pixel font. Make sure Create as Floating Selection is checked. Press control d to deselect and then use the Magic Wand to select outside the text, and go to Selections- Invert.
2. Make a new layer and click on it (don't double click though). Go to Selections- Modify- Expand- 1 pixel.
3. Click on the paint bucket tool and fill it in with whatever color border you want.
4. Making sure it's still selected, go to Selections- Modify- Contract- 1 pixel.
5. Press delete on your keyboard and control d (deselect).
Walah! If you have any missing pixels because of letters like O and P, fill them in with the pixel tool.
