Transparency
1. Take the picture you want to add transparency to and make a new file in psp with the picture.

2. In mine, I want the white to be transparent. You can see that it's not, because the green table doesn't show through.
3. If you aren't on the Million Colors setting, go to Colors- Increase Color Depth- 16 Million Colors (24 Bit).
4. Double click on the layer titled Background and click ok to the new window.
5. Now take your eraser or selection tool and delete the part you want transparent.
6. Go to View- Toolbars- Customize. Click on Export GIF- then click Add and Close. Click Close again.
7. At the top of your screen there will be a new blue arrow button that says gif. Click on it.
If you haven't changed the settings, make sure it's checked on Existing image or layer transparency and press OK.
Done!!

Note: once you've followed this tutorial once, you won't have to change the toolbars thing again.
