1. Open a Photoshop file, any size. Mine's 150 by 150 pixels.
2. Click on the paint bucket and fill in the background with any color.
3. Paste in any pictures, lower the opacity, but make sure they don't go over the edge. Walah!
Here's the code for a background: Just change IMAGE URL to the address of your image.
