What is a Tutorial?
A tutorial is like a how-to. It teaches you how to do something or make something, and the term is used mostly for online tutorials about web design. Online tutorials can be about photoshop, paint shop pro, html, css, how to get more hits, and more. Basically anything that teaches something is a tutorial, as long as it relates somewhat to web design, coding, or computers in general.
Tutorial is pronounced too TOR ee ul. It's spelled 'tutorial,' not 'tutrial' or 'tutoral.'
This page is more of an article than a tutorial, even though it teaches something. A tutorial usually involves steps. :)
